We offer fun and interactive yoga classes for children either during school (as part of the curriculum), or through after-school and holiday clubs in the Southeast Kent area. Our instructors have many years of experience teaching, are fully CRB checked and trained in children’s yoga.
Children’s yoga is a combination of stretching, breathing and relaxation. The stretches are based around true yoga “asana” or poses, flowing dynamically through a fascinating children’s story. The breathing exercises are great to use inside the yoga space and in daily life. Relaxation techniques include visualisations, affirmations, seated quiet time and a final rest.
Yogabrats is the brainchild of a mum with two young kids and her yoga instructor Lara, who together want to spread the inner peace, strength and non-competitive fitness that only yoga can bring to children.
